I did a two week training program with Jeremy and it’s had an immediate impact in my game. He has kept the changes to my swing at a minimum, but I’ve seen huge improvements. He does a great job of communicating and explaining the changes that need to be made and how/why they’re important. I am playing more consistently and my misses are less penal. The workouts are fun and effective with the option to do them at home or in the gym. I’d highly recommend Jeremy to any anyone looking to improve their swing speed, mechanics and overall performance. Highly recommend giving these guys a change to help you with your golf game. I did the 30 day swing speed challenge. A combination of workouts and golf lessons not only helped me gain speed, but helped me re-work my swing sequence to help my body work more efficiently. It is awesome working with Jeremy and Forrest! I have been able to get some really good workouts in to increase my strength and condition. I increased my single leg lift from 190 lbs to 255 lbs per leg in just 30 days. Also enjoyed dialing in my swing well before summer gets started. You should check them out!

This program is run by two very educated guys. I have been training with them for a month and have seen massive gains on the course and in the gym. Training with Jeremy at MaxFitnessFunction Golf has been a great experience. When I started with the speed training program I was a bit skeptical of the claims and processes, but by the end of the second session I was already seeing results not only in the gym but on the golf course. Both gym sessions and golf lessons were engaging and encouraging while staying optimized for the time available. I’ll be continuing to work with Jeremy for more lessons in the coming months and looking forward to every bit of it.

During their 30-Day speed training challenge, I was able to take my max ball speed up from 187mph to 210mph by simply following the workout routine and speed training drills that were prescribed to me.
