Jeremy & Forrest met in college (Sko Buffs!) and bonded immediately through their love of golf. They soon became great friends on and off the golf course and decided that they wanted to start coaching golf together.
Forrest has been playing golf for his entire life and knows the game inside and out. His passion for helping people understand not only how to improve their mechanics, but also learn how to PLAY the game and manage their way around the course is second to none. Forrest's golf IQ is unbeatable.
Jeremy picked up golf later in life (in college, after his baseball career was over) and he never looked back. Jeremy has been improving his own game over the past decade and is a self-proclaimed "range-rat." He's hit thousands of balls, trying to perfect his own swing and he's tried and tested every swing drill under the sun. He's figured out what works and what doesn't so YOU don't have to. Professionally, Jeremy has been a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Golf Fitness Expert for the past decade, and his passion is getting his clients faster, stronger, and more explosive so they can have more fun hitting bombs off the tee (which means shorter shots into the green!).



Hey guys, played city park today. Shot an 80, hit irons basically for everything other than drives. Something happened at the end of our lesson. Something clicked with the swing. Damn irons feel good! That score got my HC back to single digits baby 9.7
